Tasty, but with reasonable prices. Service is much better than other Chinese/Taiwanese places. Decor is cute, and the space is clean. Very solid.

The restaurant has very good food, choices of Tea drinks, great ambiance and wonderful service! It's been my family dining #1 choice, it's like our kitchen and we've been coming here almost every week for the past 20 years.

Cute place. Why didn't I discover this sooner. The server was very patient. And the many many many rose related tea set were cute. I personally am not a big fan of rose. But the ambience is cute. Decor is probably Victorian Era. Def not modern or Tudor British.

If you want a decent set lunch in Fremont that is tasty and very reasonable currently, look no further than Rose Cafe! Good food, delicious tea l, and friendly service in a relaxing English-style cafe!

Good value for the weeknight takeout package meal. They update their monthly menu choices on their fb page. $30 all inclusive except for Friday nights when they charge a bit more for more premium ingredients. Finally got around to trying a combo meal last night. Salt pepper chicken, tofu, vegetables, and a side of rice. All the dishes were flavorful and veggies were fresh. I think portion is just right for two, might be a bit lacking if you have a child then you might want to order another separate dish. I believe they prep most of this during the day so by the time you pick it up around dinner time and drive back, you'll need to warm it up. Will come back and try some some other dishes or their tea set!
