What Vince Fadel doesn't like about Puerto Villarta:
not very good. they seem to pour weak red enchilada sauce over everything. enchilada is only a maistortilla wrapped around the earthbeef (not seasoned, it seemed.) burrito is the same ground bark that is packed in larger flour tortilla. both are covered in red sauce. it should be put up at least before it went under a broiler, but there was not.
