Braum’s Ice Cream Burger - Feedback

What Mx McLean doesn't like about Braum’s Ice Cream Burger:
Im so sorry but I watched the employee hand my food to the customer Infront of me and then the customer had to hand it back. The employee did not replace the bag that our food was in and handed it to us. I couldn't say something fast enough before my partner handed it to me and drove away but that was too gross for me. We ordered through the drive thru, they had us pull forward, there isn't a very good place to pull forward, especially if you have a large vehicle (either a large vehicle being parked or a large vehicle getting around the parked vehicle, especially difficult, even dangerous if both vehicles are large) it did take a while for our order, but the food was all fresh, so i appreciated that it didn't seem that they prepare...
