We ordered through the drive thru, they had us pull forward, there isn't a very good place to pull forward, especially if you have a large vehicle (either a large vehicle being parked or a large vehicle getting around the parked vehicle, especially difficult, even dangerous if both vehicles are large) it did take a while for our order, but the food was all fresh, so i appreciated that it didn't seem that they prepare... What Mx McLean doesn't like about Braum’s Ice Cream Burger:
Im so sorry but I watched the employee hand my food to the customer Infront of me and then the customer had to hand it back. The employee did not replace the bag that our food was in and handed it to us. I couldn't say something fast enough before my partner handed it to me and drove away but that was too gross for me. I don't know the person that was Infront of me and I don't want their germs, I have a lower immune... View all feedback.
Workers are too busy fooling around not doing their job to bring your food within a reasonable time.
I was totally disappointed in this place today.Just went for a Sunday and I didn't get what I ordered so I took it back in and was met by a young man I told him nicely that I got the wrong thing. He didn't say a word he took it walked over and put it in the garage. Then he walked real slow and Made me the worst Sunday I've ever had from this Braum'sI told if he didn't like his job he should find another one.
If you're visiting Oklahoma, (or if you live here) and you're not going to Braum's, you have failed yourself.
I love their salad!! I also go to the store section for produce and their butter. The store was clean. I love Braum's!!
If I could put zero stars I would how do you forget to put chicken strips in a chicken strip dinner then I have to drive 10 mins back for you to barely get my order right again saying “say we was having a rush” but you want $12 an hour and can’t even make somebody’s food right
