Great location! I come here a few times during the week. The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Their juices seem to be better than any location I’ve been to so far! View all feedback.
What Michael Kay doesn't like about Joe The Juice:
They have many locations. This one doesn’t have that feel that you’re supposed to get when you go to Joe. Walked in to get an $11 tuna sandwich (I like it). Four workers, 1 person in front of me. A few minutes of just assessing the cleanliness, the air, the vibe and work ethic. Still waiting I decided to leave, I don’t perceive the pride or work ethic at this location…even if whatever I were to order would be same as... View all feedback.

I came here three times within the past week and will likely not be coming back or at least not often despite the convenient location. It wasn’t crowded yet I had to wait so long to get a joes club and a muffin. I wasn’t disappointed the first time despite the wait. Second time, I just came in for a ready to go muffin, that for whatever reason, took the cashier between five to ten minutes to hand over to me. They apologized and that was that. Third time, I waited for about twenty minutes for a joes club and a muffin. No apologies this time. She could have at least gave me the muffin so I had something to eat while I waiting for the sandwich. The joes club wasn’t as tasty compared to the first time I had it.
I just went into this location to get a hot coffee and a tunacado sandwich and just to warm up because it was quite cold today in nyc (45f). When I went in there to order the door was propped open widely and after ordering and trying to choose a place to sit, the long bench by the window across the ordering corner was occupied by this guy who was practically laying down all the way horizontally. And since I didn’t have want to sit at the bar style high tops, I had to go to the tables by the door, but it was very cold with the door open. I asked the girl behind the counter if I could close the door she said “no, because it gets very hot back here” and I said I will be here for only about 15 minutes just to finish my coffee and sandwich, can we just close it until I’m gone, she goes “no it gets hot in here”. And I had no other choice but to eat in the cold. And I found out the guy who was laying down on the bench inside was either the friend or the boyfriend of the girl who is behind the counter. What kind of service is that? Why a paying customer has to sit in the cold and drink/eat their food and drink? I went in there with a sole purpose of warming up with a hot cup of coffee, but I instead wasted my $20 and ate in the cold. Do better! Train your staff with professionalism and respect for customers, and do something about their friends just laying down in the shop where paying customers could sit down”
Coffee spilled, order delivered incorrectly. No customer service. Cannot find anything worse than this.
Lady at the register had a bad attitude, didn’t take my order correctly, didn’t had cash for change, the avocado was way too ripe and the worst I found HAIR on my sandwich ? I know it’s hers bc it’s a black hair, worst experience ever!!!
