While some reviewers had mixed experiences with the service, the food quality and atmosphere were generally praised. With excellent pastas, authentic Italian fare, and a decent noise level, this restaurant is a great choice for a meal before exploring the galleries or the Whitney. The convenient location and discounts for concert-goers make it a practical choice for pre-show dining. Overall, Zia Maria provides a comfortable and professional dining experience with a variety of tasty options.
Great ambiance. Not impressed with the food quality.
We had great service and it was very cozy ambiance. We split a few pizzas and salads and had lychee martinis! 10/10!
The food was pretty underwhelming, especially for the price. The restaurant was also unbearably hot because of the pizza oven.
Cacio e Pepe and carbonara were swimming in cream and there shouldn’t even be cream in those dish
I celebrated my birthday brunch at this restaurant and it was amazing! I had been there a few times before and thought it would be the perfect spot - delicious food, reasonable prices, and a relaxed atmosphere. Our server, Blendy, took excellent care of our group of 12 chatty women, making sure we had everything we needed and even adding big number candles to our dessert and taking our photo! I have tried the egg dishes, pancakes, and desserts, all of which were delicious. Now I can't wait to come back and try the amazing looking pizzas that I saw being delivered. Well done!
