Wolfgang's Steak House Times Square

Honestly this is by far the worst steakhouse. First the bread was horrible, hard and cold. We asked for bottled water and they brought it hot. Like ok New Yorkers I get it you guys are always cold however that doesn’t mean water needs to be warm. Took 15 mins for a glass of ice. The guy found the smallest cup to give us ice in for two. Then we ordered the bacon, hard and burnt nothing of sizzling bacon it was burnt. The wedge salad was ok outback has a better one. By the way they just put all stuff on plate you had to do it yourself. Lol., we ordered two filets and mash and baked potatoes the sides were good the steaks even though we asked for it medium it was brought medium rare with running blood through the plate. Waited 30 minutes for a waiter! Every time I asked for one he’s coming! Well he must of cummed somewhere else finally manager came by, and we told him we have been waiting for ever the steaks were bad and he said impossible at that point we asked for the bill. Never go here!!!!! Go to empire!!!!!!! Empire steakhouse will not treat you this way and the food is delicious

Outstanding service and the food is amazing. Steak literally melts in your mouth, highly recommend it. I had my son with me and the servers took extra care to not have him touch any of the hot plates.

I love Wolfgang’s. Never disappointed when I go there!!

Expected a good view from the restaurant of the “ ball drop” but one had to go onto the street to get a view . Was not worth the costs

Enjoyed the environment. Food was great, seafood platter was great.
