Wendy's - New York

I was served a raw bun during my visit. This restaurant really should be closed down! For your own health and safety, I strongly advise avoiding this place! Food rating: 1/5.

This restaurant is incredibly slow with food preparation. When I arrived to pick up my online order, there was nobody else in the establishment, yet my food wasn't even ready. There were three employees working in the morning, but only one was making the food, and it seemed like he was a trainee, struggling to follow the recipe for assembling sandwiches. To top it off, the bathroom was out of service because one of the workers said it had been locked the night before, and no one had the key, which I found hard to believe.

I visited this restaurant quite often. I prefer to order through the app for convenience, but each time I do, it seems I end up waiting too long for my order, which defeats the purpose of using the app. Sometimes, my food is just sitting on the counter and getting cold while I wait. Additionally, the men's restroom is in poor condition. If I were to eat here, it would be fine unless it’s late, as the regular food can stagnate, especially the fries. It is meant to be a fast food place, after all—what else can you expect?

I haven't gone to a wendy for years. it was over to pass this place late in the night, but decided as they were still open. service was mediocre, woman who calls out commands, did not seem to know how to correctly tell the names of people what is quite important when calling them to give their commands. the names were not even “exotic”, they think. At least some spicy nuggets, chicken sandwich, double cheeseburger and small chili. nuggets were very good and had not had this strange sponge texture many cheap nuggets. also had a decent kick to him when paired with the ghost cup ranch compared to many fast food connections that are somewhat sharp but not. chicken sandwich was just a basic fried patty with salat and mayo on a bungalow, tastes like that of McDonald’s, but I think I prefer the mcchi. the double cheeseburger was so good and juicy. the chili, not sure whether it might be just this place, but it didn't taste so great for a chili. it tasted more like a strongly seasoned pasta sauce. overall good food.

Came at noon, Saturday 10/08. Wasn't very busy, but it took 30 minutes to get my food. Definitely not fast food here. They looked pretty well staffed but folks moved very slowly and I'm guessing (or hoping) it's because the guy working the grill was just new. But not just his fault. The chicken sandwich and burger was good, but one of the small fries had hair. Also, the floor was very very sticky. It was clear someone had spilled a drink a while ago. There were employees that were not doing anything, someone should've grabbed a mop. Its very unfortunate because it looks like it was a remodeled wendys that was just not taken care of. So, I can't give anything higher than 1 star. Obviously will never return to this location.
