--- The staff at this restaurant were unhelpful and rude. Half of the items on the menu were unavailable, the coffee we received was cold, and my wife ended up with the wrong burger. It's astounding that we were the only customers at the time, yet the cook seemed more focused on complaining than on preparing our food (we were there during breakfast hours). When my wife brought up the issues with the coffee and burger, the woman simply responded with an attitude, as if it was our fault. We definitely won't be returning. --- Feel free to let me know if you'd like any changes!

I stopped by for breakfast today, but I was really disappointed with the service. The two staff members seemed to be confused and went back and forth without taking any orders. It felt like they couldn't even handle a single order during the time I waited in line. I think they definitely need more staff. I visited other places in the afternoon and had no problems at all.

The mobile service at this location is poor, and the customer service is lacking, as it seems they only cater to certain types of customers. I would give it 1 star. Update: I returned, and there was still a lack of service and communication. I would recommend Wetau instead; they are much better organized.

In the morning, rush hour to get an breakfast. the imperial, thin black guy took a time of his life with a customer before me. 3 people left the line while he was 1 customer. as it was my turn and I pointed out to his slow pace of work, he gave me an attitude and rolled his eyes. Pity!

Uncooked/RAW Chicken is the most dangerous to eat. that’s exactly what I received at the ferry Wendy’s. Very hazardous, horrifying violates all food safety regulations protocols. Can’t believe they served something like this.
