What EXCELLENT!! doesn't like about Toloache-Midtown:
Food was fine if not ridiculously over priced and a la carte. 2 birria tacos are $18, chips and salsa is $5, guac is $16...etc... 3 people 4 tacos, guac and a chicken quesadilla and a couple ice teas was $100. I work in NY so I am familiar with the NY price but this was out of control. All for middle of the road food. View all feedback.
Excellent service, smaller portions. Everything that we ordered was fantastic.
This is our second time eating at Toloache Midtown prior to going to a Broadway matinee. We sat downstairs the first time and upstairs this time. Great menu, service, atmosphere and drinks. Definitely our pre-show go to Mexican restaurant.
Overpriced for the portion size,although very tasty. I normally won’t leave a restaurant hungry.
When I travel to NYC, always enjoy a meal at Toloache. Service was outstanding and food and Margaritas were amazing! Highly recommend
