I was seated and served quickly and my food came out fast. Shrimp Cocktail presented well and nice large shrimp. Asparagus should have been trimmed better as the lower portion was not feasible. Main pasta dish was good. View all feedback.
What Josh Durgan doesn't like about The Stand:
The service was great. The drinks were amazing. The ambiance was fun. The food however left much to be desired. First appetizer we sent back because is was burned, charred black the server handled perfectly and got us a different appetizer. Then a side-dish was burned but edible. Great BBQ foods , wide selection of micro brew. Great family place. Live music but not intrusive. Happy people all around. Service staff are awesome!

The Stand is a great vintage boutique but besides the fantastic selection (all at great prices), The Stand is a feeling, a home away from home.
After having had dinner here for a long time, we were very disappointed with almost everything. Hope it was just a deviation.
Pleasantly surprised that this great restaurant was open on New Year's Day! Even more surprised that they had a zucchini spaghetti dish on special - yummy! And ... panna cotta !!! Yum!
