Didn't get the apple juice. The only napkin was the thin tiny one in the packet with the plastic utensils. But the food was delicious!!!!!

Food was great . I ordered a hamburger medium rare , it came med well. It was still good . Service was very slow.
Seated us very quickly food was on point and Mike was one of the best servers I ever had please make it a must do in times square !!
