I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. First of all, we were charged a gratuity without our consent and were told that only cash was accepted, no credit cards. The chicken wings I ordered were undercooked and we ended up not finishing them, yet we were still charged for them. My husband and I felt like eating seafood and tried going to The Boil on Chrystie Street but, when we got there it was closed. We looked on line and Google said that it was open
Food was great, service was not excellent. Would come back for the boil!
I am always well fed and cared for at The Boil. Please do yourself a favor and BRING CASH! The are cash only always. They have an ATM but spare yourself the fees.
Food was great good music good customer service. We made reservations so there was no wait. We was an half hour early and, before we even sat at the bar good we was seated to eat. food came fast maybe a lil to fast but was great. this will be a regular spot for me and my girl's.
Our waitress Jenny is the best — love the food and ambience... I recommend this place to all
