It’s hard to enjoy the food on a hot day when there’s no air conditioning, just fans. As for the food itself, the calamari appetizer had a light crisp batter, though I wish they had used panko also. The beef negimaki was tender but the color was a bit pale; the scallions retained their crunch. Pass on the miso soup, for its weak diluted flavor. If you don’t mind walking to Second Avenue, Sushi Ren is a better value.

Bad service, they were very rude. Went in since it was a small place and we wanted to eat something quick and cheap. For the price food is not good at all, way over priced. Restaurant prices for food that you could get at a groceries store.

So happy that this restaurant had table service when I visited.

The food was decent, but the excessive packaging was ridiculous. A bento box should contain everything needed in one package. Having sauces, rice, salad, and soup each in their own plastic containers was unnecessary. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
