This is a tiny little place took our reservations and when we got there they said sorry no tables available. They offered to sit us at the “bar” except that it was not a bar, a tiny little wedge shelf on a wall that they offered to sit us at! Facing the wall! And No way of ppl passing by the tiny corridor behind us. And they were rude. Don’t waste your time View all feedback.
One of the best spots in the east village. The Conchiglie may be the best pasta dish in the city!
Bruschetta and service were both excellent. Mains (pastas) were subpar. Lobster pasta listed as spicy, not spicy at all. Little flavor to either pasta. Cute date night spot.
Alessandro and Bea are AMAZING! Truly some of the best staff you will see. Kind, caring and went above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I had a lovely time. They made us feel as if we were the only people in the restaurant. The wine selection was top tier and so good. Everything felt so authentic and real. You are transported to Italy the minute you walk in. The food is hot and made to order and melts in your mouth. So good that we ordered another order of our entree's! We happened to find this place by pure luck and it was such a great find. We could not have been happier! We are for sure going to go back soon.
Lovely lovely date spot very small and intimate so book ahead! They have a unique way of picking wines for you you tell them if you want red, white, sparkling, etc… and then you tell them a mood: happy, calm, exciting, etc… and they will pick a wine for you!
Lovely spot. Good for dates, service excellent, wine great. But 95 degrees out and no AC..I can’t handle this. My only precaution for fat ppl like me (haha)
