What S K likes about Soba Totto:
One of my fav Japanese restaurant around UN. Their Yakitori are very good. Kawa and chicken wings are FIRE! This is Unagi Uni Don, their special don dish, it was DELICIOUS! 4/5 just bc their price is quiet high for the portion and quality. I go almost every month for their yakitoris tho! View all feedback.

read moreA popular Japanese restaurant near the United Nations, known for its delicious yakitori, particularly the kawa and chicken wings. Their special dish, the Unagi Uni Don, is described as delicious. While the prices are considered high for the portion and quality, many loyal customers still frequent the restaurant. Lunch sets are praised as the best deal, offering a choice of protein or seafood paired with salad, soba noodles, and edamame. The chef's daily special, which includes soba, salad, and pork katsu, is also recommended. The restaurant is known for its attentive service and tasty soba, grilled meats, and mushrooms. While some dishes may not be to everyone's taste, such as the tuna tartar, overall, it is considered a very good Japanese restaurant with reasonable prices. Despite a recent decline in popularity, the restaurant still offers a great selection of dishes, including 100% buckwheat soba noodles and skewered meats, veggies, and fish. The snow crab and salmon roe rice bowl with uni is a standout dish. Despite being crowded, the service is fast and the food is consistently excellent.
Interesting to see so many reviews on the Yakitori here - I will have to try it next time.
One of the better yakitori (only yakitori) places in the city that we've tried.
This is one of those places you enter that's like a portal to JapanWhen you listen to conversations around you, the vast majority is in Japanese.
