Contribute FeedbackDespite some mixed reviews, Seabird offers a pleasant dining experience overall. Some customers faced challenges with slow service, cold American cheese, and disappointing dishes such as dry turkey burgers. However, others enjoyed the fresh made pasta, friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere. The restaurant offers a variety of options on the menu and generous portions. While there were some issues with temperature and noise level at times, Seabird seems to be a promising choice for a meal out.
Great sangria, incredible home made French fries( best I ever had and a simply delicious hamburger. My wife’s chicken pesto sandwich otherworldly. Open during the middle of the afternoon on a hot Sunday was the perfect respite before catching an early evening movie. Nice staff, very accommodating.....go and enjoy.
Comfort is the word that sums up our experience at Seabird. The staff were engaging and the food was spot on. i recommend the spicy calamari. They will make you extra sauce upon request.
Not a wide selection of food and the cost is overpriced for the amount that is served.
I made a reservation on Open Table for 11:30 am than arrived and was told the chef was running late. That's fine. Twenty minutes later we find out the chef is still not there and it's already 12:15! 45 minutes have passed and all we have had is one drink which we were charged for which is bad form. The bartender was very apologetic. but there is zero excuse for this! Don't allow reservations on Open Table if the chef can't be there on time! I had to cancel work meetings because I had to stay there later. We finally got the food and everyone at the table was underwhelmed by the quality. The oysters and calamari were good but the lobster rolls had way more bread than lobster so the taste was lost. The fries were nice and crisp, but the side dish shouldn't override the main course.
I hardly ever give a bad review, but they were short staffed. What I thought was a crowded restaurant due to popularity, was actually just bunched up people waiting for open tables. We should have read the signs; no one brought us our water when we asked. Service was slow. Food was not good. We debated leaving but stayed because we were so hungry. My wife did not want to eat the cod sandwich that she had ordered since it did not taste fresh, the fries tasted like old grease. I gave her the Scallop dish I had ordered thinking it was marginally better and I am less picky. I wolfed her sandwich down by slathering it in tartar sauce but let me tell you I did not feel so well afterwards.
