We were able to sit out on the patio and had just a wonderful lunch. The food was delicious and the people were friendly and attentive. It seems they've remodeled it and it looks better than ever View all feedback.
What Bethe C doesn't like about Sarabeth's East:
I was dissatisfied with my Caesar salad because it contained tough lettuce cores. The restaurant was unclean and we were irritated by fruit flies. It was not worth the cost. View all feedback.
The food, service, and ambiance were all outstanding! I will certainly be coming back!

I was extremely disappointed with my Sunday breakfast at this restaurant. The food did not meet my expectations. I have dined at better restaurants in Lower Manhattan and on the west side. The "Green and white" eggs and lox and eggs dishes were overwhelmed with cream cheese. The three pepper potatoes were underwhelming and seemed as if they were prepared elsewhere in large quantities - they were not cooked properly (soft instead of crunchy as they should be, with small bits of overcooked peppers and onions). The muffins were also on the smaller side.
Terrible. Poor service and mediocre to poor food. I will not go back.
Always make an effort to visit Sarabeth's when in Manhatten.
