Salad Box - New York

This is honestly the best salad I've ever had! The menu offers great recommendations, and I love the option to create my own salad. The soup is delicious, and there are excellent drink choices, including smoothies and Poppi. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is really pleasant. I will definitely be coming back! Food rating: 5/5.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is friendly, the service is prompt, and it's always clean! The only thing I would like to see is the return of the box instead of using the bowl.

Additionally, I think it's amusing that they changed the name to "SALAD BOX" when they don’t actually serve them in boxes anymore. They’re not just a salad place. If the boxes were a problem, they should have just redesigned them.

I came here to try out a new spot and was sorely disappointed. The concept of salad in a box sounds cool but in reality, it makes it difficult to eat because the flaps of the box get in the way. The food itself was average but they put too much croutons. The staff member didn 't ask me how much dressing I wanted, she just put it. I went with a friend and I thought she asked me a question and she said I 'm not talking to you . The manager was right there and didn 't say anything so I assume they believe their behavior is normal. Due to the poor customer service, I will not be visiting again. Besides Just Salad provides a higher quality of salad and service anyways.
