Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant has received mixed reviews from customers. While some found the food delicious and the service to be unmatched, others were disappointed with elements such as the lack of bread, noisy atmosphere, and subpar service. Some diners had a great experience with flavorful dishes and an extensive menu on Japanese tapas, while others were left unimpressed with the overall experience, including issues with service and uncomfortable situations. Despite the varying opinions, the standout dish for many diners was the Spicy Fried Chicken. Ultimately, it seems that the Saltwater Grill and Sake Bar Hagi 46 offer a mix of experiences that depend on individual preferences and expectations.
Although the menu is almost impossible to read, the servers were friendly and helpful. The tapas are sushi and sashimi, yakatori and other specialties, including noodle dishes and tempura. Everything was very tasty. The happy hour drinks were priced very well. A quick eatery in the theater district on restaurant row.
Want to book the Sake bar hagi. I guess I got confused.
We had a great time celebrating a friend's birthday at Sake Bar Hagi 46. Great drinks and a huge menu on Japanese tapas. Ambience and decor are wonderful, though service could be a bit lacking. Japanese-themed cocktails were a great deal and food was generously portioned. I'll be back soon!
Food was excellent and lots of choices! Couldn’t decide between all the great menu options!!
Overall, my meal at Hagi was delicious, but there was one major standout: the Spicy Fried Chicken. My wife and I agree that it was one of the most delicious dishes we've EVER had.
