Last night with my roommate for a cold, lonely dinner and it was much more fun than we expected. our server told us that there were 9 o'clock live music in the cocktail room, so we promised ourselves a little and then went and it was so worth it. jungle cruise drink tasted like the tropics. def comes back specifically for the cocktail room. What VeerleV doesn't like about Rosevale Kitchen Cocktail Room:
It was to dark, no atmosphere, food came in too quickly and we left half an hour peior to midnight and skipped the midnight champagne. And then the price, omg... 35 usd for one glas of wine?! Seriously?! All in one... we didn't enjoy New Year's Eve at all View all feedback.
After the theater eat. this is a new restaurant. the service has shown it. we were presented with a prix fixed menu with three main course option. one was hanging steak. we asked for a second menu; this had an indefinite charge for the hanger steak. server didn't know what to do. they asked for restaurant manager. he has corrected the situation. server seemed inexperienced. but eating was excellent. kudos to the chef!

10/10 recommend the 3 course meal. Everything was delicious
Pleasant venue on the smaller and casual end of the spectrum. Our Manhattans were served promptly and were amply proportioned in interesting bar ware. The bread board came with interesting accompaniments like a salted ricotta spiced honey dip. My endive salad was unimpressive with not much blue cheese or pecans, and a little hard to eat with oversized cabbage and endive leaves in a bowl making them tough to cut up. My partner had the tuna tartare which was very fresh, subtle in taste and texture, and very good. For main courses, I had the Alaskan cod and my partner had the butterflied Branzino. Both were very fresh, seasoned appropriately, and accompanied by tasty veggies and garnishes. Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and helpful. Overall, I would recommend for pre-theater or a comfortable neighborhood option.
Great place to eat with friends. Service was so friendly. Our server was the best. Very friendly and lots of laughter. All the staff were so nice. The food was good.
