Diners appreciate the friendly and efficient service, with some raving about the excellent pork and delightful drinks, especially during happy hour. However, mixed reviews highlight recent inconsistencies, with some visitors expressing disappointment over certain dishes and service experiences. While some enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, others wish for a more traditional Brazilian music ambiance. Overall, the restaurant remains a cherished locale for its warmth and culinary offerings, despite recent challenges.
Superb pork dish (chef’s special) The only reason I went. Lives up to the rep. Lots of pork, sausage and beans. Very good service. Very small place. Allowed me to get to know my neighboring diners well
Food was okay, they burned our Pao de Queso’s. They were a little too toasty if you know what I mean. My daughter loved her dish, but overall it was just okay. I prob won’t return... the servers were very nice and that was great! Yucca fries were delish , but my shrimp stroganoff and my husbands Picanha steak were “just okay.”
The food was tasty and the portions were generous. Our server was friendly, attentive, and engaging, making our experience extra special.
Rice and Beans is reminiscent of the old Hell's Kitchen - a quaint, cozy spot offering unique cuisine with excellent service and delicious food.
Great service and food! Very small venue, but just make a reservation and you’ll be fine. The food is very good and is a generous portion.
