Very gracious service. Tasty, nicely presented food. Unfortunately, the A/C wasn't working properly; and the tiny fan provided didn't do the trick on this hot and humid summer evening. Left here with the feeling of wanting to help these hardworking people succeed in a new endeavor. We will definitely come again when cooler, drier days return! View all feedback.
What Martyna Rutkowska doesn't like about Pretto:
Food was very good, service was friendly but a bit slow. Ambience was nice cozy on a cold night. We went early so we were the only ones there at first and therefore can't really comment on noise. We had our toddler with us and they charged $15 for a bowl of spaghetti with butter. We are used to paying more than we should for this dish at NYC restaurants, but this one was a bit much. Four of us stumbled into this establishment attracted by the $20 cheese plate and the warm greeting of the Italian man outside.
Pretto is a charming restaurant that my group of three loved. We had a great time enjoying the excellent service, lovely atmosphere, and delicious food. I highly recommend trying the branzino and gnudi dishes.
During my time in this area, one of the best meals I had was at this restaurant. I enjoyed the spaghetti with a side of grilled broccoli rabe, along with some delicious bread.
The dinner was fantastic! I had the Spaghetti Limone for dinner, paired with a glass of Malbec, and finished with the mascarpone cheesecake for dessert.
Fantastic new Italian restaurant in the neighborhood. Top-notch cuisine and service, with a cozy atmosphere.
