We had an excellent dinner during our recent visit to the USA. We went there with Sandro, and the quality of the food was outstanding, featuring a much more diverse menu. The fried zucchini was a fantastic starter, and the salads were well-prepared. Both the cacio e pepe and the cappellacci were wonderful pasta dishes. Don't miss the ricotta cheesecake, even if you have to take it home. The wine list is also very rea... View all feedback.

Great restaurant! Food was good as was the reception, we were charged at 20% because we were a party of 5 (we were not advised when we arrived about that) and this is the reason I did not give 5 stars. View all feedback.
I had the pleasure of visiting this elegant and sophisticated Italian restaurant for lunch recently, and it was a delightful experience from the moment I entered until the moment I left. The restaurant's interior was tastefully decorated, creating an atmosphere that was both relaxed and intimate—perfect for enjoying a leisurely lunch. The staff was attentive and well trained, providing great service throughout. The Carpaccio di Manzo, a dish I tried as an appetizer, was truly delightful the flavors were exquisite. As for the main course I had the homemade Ravioli which was outstanding. For those seeking a sophisticated Italian culinary experience, I recommend this restaurant, whether it be for lunch, special occasions, or simply when you want to treat yourself. The overall experience was exceptional, and I look forward to my next visit.
I started off with the lentil soup $17), which the waiter said was the special of the day. It was good, but nothing special, meaning that I have had much better before elsewhere. My main course was grilled salmon $36.50) that came with mustard sauce, which I asked to be served on the side. The salmon was grilled to the way I like it, medium-rare, as requested. It was good but nothing special. A nice feature I noticed was the way they celebrate a guest's birthday. It seems to be a recorded happy birthday recording that they play that can be heard throughout the whole restaurant.
Parma Nuova is a gem! The food is excellent especially the pasta primavera and the lemon dessert and the staff members were friendly and attentive without being ingratiating. Even the bread and olive oil with lentils before the meal was superb. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the noise level was low. Amazing! We'll be back.
Bolognese was amazing and aperol spritz’s were as well
Prosciutto was some of the best I’ve had. Sliced in front of you with no excess fat on the outside. Pasta w ragu was off the charts. Branzino was very good, only issue is we had to still pick out about 10 bones after they fileted (sp? it. Need to work on that. Spinach salad w Gorgonzola dressing was so-so. Waiter was excellent and the place is a good vibe
