Contribute FeedbackPardon My French has received mixed reviews, with some diners raving about the consistently delicious food, excellent service, and innovative seasonal specials, while others have been disappointed by slow service, surprise prefix menus on special occasions, and cash-only policy not disclosed beforehand. Despite the shortcomings, the neighborhood spot has been praised for its cute ambiance, good prices, and tasty dishes like croque madame and bone marrow. Overall, Pardon My French seems to be a hit or miss, but worth trying out for its unique French-inspired menu and friendly staff.
The bone marrow starter was authentic and tasty. Live music was a nice addition. Recommend!
Amazing food and atmosphere! Must check it out! The bottomless mimosa taste great!
Great food! The truffled mashed potatoes with the roast chicken were incredible!!
Such an extreme disappointment. I made reservations at Pardon My French specifically for no prefix menu or Valentine’s Day theme. No where on their website or on Open Table did it state they do that for Valentine’s Day. I waited around for my reservation and when I arrived was surprised with a prefix menu $85 a person. Finding this out at 6:30pm on Valentines Day gave me very limited options for an alternative place for dinner. The server stated “we always do this as a tradition” but why isn’t that stated anywhere? Not on their website? Open Table? I wonder how many other people were disappointed and surprised by this with the same intentions as me for dinner. It’s such a shame because I’ve heard great things about this place. Hopefully not all dining experiences there are like the one I had.
Food was fantastic. Great location in the East Village. Service was superb!
