I booked my 4-day stay at this restaurant through a popular third-party website, which allowed me to get a good deal. Housekeeping came every day between 9-10 am. The rooms were a decent size, although the shower was a bit messy as the door only covered half. The service provided by all staff members was exceptional. I would recommend this restaurant and would definitely stay again.
I had a fantastic experience at Nomo Soho. The service was outstanding, the location and ambiance of the hotel were fantastic. Being upgraded to a suite was an added bonus that enhanced my stay even more. The front desk service was exceptional. I was very impressed and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.
I arrived at the restaurant on a Saturday expecting to have dinner, but there were events scheduled for both Saturday and Sunday, so we were unable to access the restaurant at all. We were charged $40 per day, with $15 designated for the restaurant, which we were not able to utilize. It didn't make much sense. The establishment was fairly clean, but there was no mini fridge or iron in our room. However, the location was great.
We booked three rooms 9/16 9/19/22. The hotel could not have been better. Rooms were clean and the hotel was very well managed and professionally staffed. We will definitely book again. In addition, there was a very positive vibe and energy that made thestay even better.
I travel to New York on business regularly and ended up needing a room last minute. Booked on a hotels app and now understand why the rooms were there to liquidate. The rooms need to be refreshed. Staffing was non-existent. Charged an ?amenities fee?for water that was left outside my door and a restaurant credit for one that closed at 10pm (with no roll over to the followingday). Take a hard pass and book at a reputable spot anywhere else.
