Great value! The scallion pancakes were delicious and crispy—it's rare to find them delivered still crisp. I appreciated the Lo Mein of my choice; the roast pork wasn’t swimming in sauce, which made it lighter while still being tasty. However, the wonton soup was somewhat too salty for my liking. What Hamlet E doesn't like about New Sunny East:
The food was absolutely terrible—every single dish. I rarely write reviews, but I feel people need to be warned about this place. The shrimp fried rice was clumpy, bland, and just plain awful. The sesame chicken was cold and DRY—yes, you read that correctly. The French fries were undercooked, and we only received three wings. I had to add salt and pepper to everything, and I was on a lunch break at work with no other... View all feedback.
No flavor at all. I had to douse my dish with hot sauce to make it edible. My general tso's chicken came with two small pieces of broccoli. Almost no sauce. I would not order here again.
It was nice and warm. General Tso's didn't have much sauce and was bland. Pork fried rice had no flavor either. Egg roll was pretty decent. Cheap and fast but wasn't the greatest
This is possibly the worst Asian food I've ever experienced, and that's saying a lot because Chinese cuisine is one of my favorite go-tos when I'm hungry. The pricing was extremely high for just one plate of food. Everything appeared undercooked and pale, and the egg roll was so greasy that it was literally leaking oil. They didn’t include a fork or spoon in the bag, and I barely received any food—I'm still hungry as I write this. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I haven’t tried the soup yet, but it at least looks decent. I cannot recommend this place.

As for the steamed chicken with broccoli, it was a mixed bag—about a third of the chicken was rubbery and inedible, but the rest was good. The broccoli was cooked nicely and still had a bit of crunch, not mushy, and the garlic sauce was enjoyable.

Do yourself a favor and stay away.
