What User doesn't like about Minca:
I came with my family to enjoy some ramen but it was definitely subpar from what I'm used to having in the city. The shoyu tonkotsu is super salty, the whole dish had a burnt undertaste and even if the service was dumb fast, that doesn't make up for the bad food.My cousin had the minca but w garlic broth so they didn't get salty broth. The waitress was chill, the noodles were okay. Ordered the Shoyu and Basic Ramen. Both were eh at best. Shoyu was very soy saucey and the basic was very garlicky!
Great quality ramen! order arrived well packaged and still warm, they also accommodated to my special requests (no scallion no menma) :D
I order a lot of ramen, and it could just be that Minca doesn't quite suit my tastes. The spicy ramen wasn't spicy at all, and the broth was a bit bland salt-wise as well. The egg was hard boiled and not an onsen egg with a gooey center like you'd expect. The noodles are much thicker than I prefer as well, but that's more personal preference than anything. The gyoza was excellent though! And everything came well packaged and hot
Wish the egg was soft boiled instead of hard and had less mushrooms and more bamboo shoots
Tsukemen shoyu is PACKED with flavor!Don't sleep on it.
