I came with my family to enjoy some ramen but it was definitely subpar from what I'm used to having in the city. The shoyu tonkotsu is super salty, the whole dish had a burnt undertaste and even if the service was dumb fast, that doesn't make up for the bad food.My cousin had the minca but w garlic broth so they didn't get salty broth. The waitress was chill, the noodles were okay. Up to one of my favorite races. they love the texture of the nudel and the broth is thick and well flared.
It was on my 2nd visit that I realized how much I missed this place. it was cold and I was grateful for the hot tee and frequent refilling. I ordered the minca shoyu (sojasoße) and it was simply delicous. the noodles are boiled in-house al dente and served with slender cuts of pork, so the suppe is not fat and they are not only eating fat as at other places. I usually can't finish my razor bowl, but this day I got it and I'll be back soon.
They serve tea throughout the meal. I ordered the Minca Ramen with chicken broth. The broth is fresh, has lean cuts of pork and just delicious. One of the best ramen restaurants the city.
