Levain Bakery – Original Location, 74th St, Nyc

Perfect for every morning! I chased her famous cookies, so I came here for the first time and was blown away! I have a variety of things from a raspberry pastries, double chocolate cookie, regular chocolate chip and a heather pastry. Everyone was pretty big and worth the price! It's very sweet, but I have a huge sweet tooth to hit the point. The interior is very small, but modern and cute! Even if it can be employed, the workers are so efficient and gets every order very quickly. I recommend this bakery and will try other locations!

Thanks to yelpers pics we find this load. at the entrance they went down a small steep steps. since no one is there when we're here, we've all gone into the four. we ordered 3 cookies and two coffees. we just picked at the corner to eat as it is quite windy outside. the staff are friendly and fast in service. personally, I like the chocolate walnuts the best. the cookies are ugly and very rich. four of us couldn't finish the three cookies when we finished lunch in sushi yasaka. I understand now why there are so many cookies recipe that try to model levain cookies. they have the best combo crispy outside and gooey chocolate inside. it would be great if they have a beautiful sitting area where they can enjoy the cookies in comfort with a piping hot cup coffee. my coffee in the paper cup is just warm. I would give this place 5 stars, as there is a bakery shop is not coffee shop. if they are in the neighbourhood, they should enjoy these delicious tasty.

The chocolate chip walnut cookies are a dream. they are always fresh and warm. the people there are always fast and great!

My go-to is their chocolate nuts cookies. There might be some lines at peak hours.The cookies are still gooey next day.
