Contribute FeedbackWhile the ambience at the restaurant was beautiful, the food left much to be desired. The service was a mixed bag, with some guests receiving excellent attention from their waiter while others felt neglected. Menu items varied in quality, with some dishes lacking flavor or balance. Despite these issues, the setting was enjoyable and offered nice views. Some patrons found the reduced capacity due to COVID restrictions to create a more intimate dining experience. Overall, opinions were divided on the food quality and service, with some guests considering a return visit despite the shortcomings.
The food was awesome. The service was good. Loved the hostess...My one issue which really isn't their problem was finding it. It's a clusterf in that neighborhood huge mall, 9/11 site, tons of day tourists wandering aimlessly) and even with the help of google maps it took 20 minutes to locate it. If you go, look for H&M store and it's the floor above that. Westfield needs to put up better maps in the area and concierge staffing.
I brought my niece and sister to this restaurant for the first time, and they both had a great time.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious flavors on its diverse menu. The food is high-quality and elevated, yet still approachable and welcoming.
Food was very good, highest quality. Calamari Zucchini antipasta-not much calamari. Friend thought Carbonara was too salty. Two other pastas desserts-Tiramisu Afogata were excellent! Re service-staff was very helpful personable but sometimes scarce-maybe they should make more rounds at tables? We will definitely return when in downtown NYC.
We had a delightful meal with delicious pasta and attentive service. It was the perfect end to a long day of seeing the sights of NYC. I highly recommend!
