When I walked in, I wasn’t sure. The decor looked a bit worn and the photos of celebs were taken some time ago. But then I tasted the food—some of the best Italian I’ve had! The food was very salty, the waiter was not paying attention to the table when taking orders, they sent the main dishes without finishing the appetizers, they took them away and a few minutes later they brought them back to the table cold, the service was pleasant but they did not take care of the table, I went to an appointment and there was no adequate attention View all feedback.
A friend recommend this spot in Little Italy and we are so glad we made the time to visit. We visited during lunch time and it was awesome. The location, service and food gave us everything we expected. The lunch special prices was easy on the wallet and surprisingly adorable. If you visit NYC, this spot needs to be on your list of places to grab some authentic NYC Italian food.
From the stuff to the food this place is amazing! We got there without a reservation on a Saturday evening and were seated outside within probably 15-20 minutes. Customer service is great, everybody is so polite with a smile on their faces. The food was delicious. We got calamari as an appetizer, they came super quick and there were a lot for three people! The portions were humongous too! Couldn?t finish everything there, so had to take the leftovers home which I don?t mind atall. Our server packed everything for us. Amazing experience!
Had a great time here tonight! The food was fantastic and our server David was awesome! We waited a little bit for food because of a large party that was already there but had no issues it. I had Moscato, Spaghetti and meatballs, Tiramasu, and a cappuccino, we?re visiting from out of state or I would happily come back!
David was an amazing server. He was prompt and always made our glasses were full. Service was perfectly timed. I didn't feel like I waited too long for food nor did I feel rushed to eat and get out. Exactly what you expect from a traditional Italian restaurant. Portions were large and family style. Thank you for creating such an amazing time in Little Italy. I cannot wait to come back!
Pasta was undercooked and veal pasta sauce didn’t have enough ragu.
