Waited over an hour for my burgers despite the restaurant being quiet— they claimed takeout orders were being prioritized over us. Never refilled drinks/water. Waited with 3 kids (I ended up having to nurse there because it took so long).. then they added auto-gratuity which felt inappropriate after all that. View all feedback.

Celebrated a co-worker Birthday with lunch at Jackson Hole! Great time all around! Thanks for having us!
Very nice place to eat quickly in a nice zone of NYC
The burgers were tasty but over cooked. The onion rings excellent. The service was very slow. We had to search out a server three times. They totally ignored the back room.
This is a great old school place. Have been coming here for years. Burgers are always on point.
