Contribute FeedbackHotel Chantelle offers a mixed experience with some standout features. The atmosphere and food receive praise, but the service and staff behavior leave a bit to be desired. The venue is described as great for dancing and fun with friends, though the bouncers outside are highlighted as a major downside. The dining experience, while featuring incredible food, can be rushed and disappointing due to the transition to a club setting. The staff is generally well-regarded, with the bartenders and security earning high marks. In terms of events, a Bonnie and Clyde themed night is singled out for its electric atmosphere. Overall, Hotel Chantelle is recommended for its food, drinks, and vibe, despite some service-related issues.
This was a wonderful experience that was the hugging and wagging with cotton candy was phenomenal the staff was wonderful!
Celebrate my birthday with a few friends and had a great time. Eat was good, but the service was the star! was good for the care made not to lift a finger!
There was only one waiter but we still were served very quickly and as usual, the food did not disappoint. This was my friend’s first time there and he loved it. It’s my hidden gem and go to restaurant when friends are visiting. I especially love it in the summer though I go all year round.
I was hosting a surprise brunch for a coworker leaving. And the staff was stupendously excellent! They helped me with the surprise and I couldn't have been more happy-go-lucky. They were so generous, nice, attentive, caring, and the list can go on and on. It completely made my day and I'm truly appreciative of it. Other restaurants wouldn't have accommodated it. Also, the band was amazing! The singer even dedicated a song to my coworker. Best Saturday! But they did and went above and beyond. Thank YOU Hotel Chantelle for another stellar top-tier outing!
We truly enjoyed everything about the restaurant. The vibe, food and ambiance were great. The chicken and waffles and French toast were both to die for.
