The restaurant has an inviting atmosphere with friendly staff, making it a great spot for dining out with friends or family. Despite some minor issues with outdoor seating, the delicious food, especially the pho, crispy spring rolls, and classic banh mi, make up for it. Overall, Hanoi House is a must-visit for those looking for authentic and delicious Vietnamese cuisine in a cozy setting.
Hanoi House is a fantastic blend of authentic Vietnamese cuisine and a modern touch of fusion. The top 3 dishes that I have ordered, not just once but twice now are: Crispy Pork Crab Spring Rolls, House Special Pho (featuring four kinds of beef cuts), and the Shaking Beef (of which the sauce is sublime)! Also, the Vietnamese iced coffee is a must try! The ambiance is a bit claustrophobic inside, but the outdoor dining is equally busy. The staff are an amazing team who are very friendly, efficient, and thoughful! Reservations are a MUST, walk-in customers have to wait quite a while even after the lunch rush
Delicious food! Didn't have any expectations when we first walked in, found the restaurant by chance and saw it had good reviews so figured why not give a chance. Our server was very helpful in answering questions about drinks and food and would check in on us to make sure everything was good. For the appetizer we had the lamb which was very flavorful. Everything we tried did not disappoint. I will be coming back and I recommend this place to anyone who loves good food
Hanoi house is a great place to visit with amazing foods. The soup is amazing as well as the noodle. Only downside I’ve experienced on this place is the table that’s outside is very tilted, and wiggles a bit too hard that we almost split our drinks and the noodle. If you were to dine here, in-door is the place to be
Solid Vietnamese food in the city. We ordered the sauteed morning glory, the tofu summer rolls, the fried spring rolls, the clams, and the bone marrow pho to split. The dishes were all pretty good but not mindblowingly so. Great service.
Unlike the common New York Vietnamese food, their dishes are more innovative, and tasty too. Come here if you want to try something a little different. I highly recommend papaya pig ear salad, and grilled pork noodles!
