The experience was incredibly disappointing; I can understand now why the place wasn't very busy. I was hoping for a straightforward breakfast, but when I asked the server if we could order something, it seemed difficult to get a resolution.

On January 23, we had a reservation for 9 PM. Upon arrival, we were informed that the kitchen was running about 40 minutes behind, which was understandable given the blizzard that day. We were happy to wait and enjoy a few drinks. However, we were seated and not given menus. After waiting for 30 minutes without any water or drinks, we received no communication from the staff. We noticed two male employees rushing in and out of the kitchen while three female employees were occupied with their smartphones, seemingly doing nothing other than turning away other customers. I’m not sure if I will return to redeem my gift voucher after this terrible experience. There really needs to be a serious evaluation of the staff and a reconsideration of those who are not contributing.

The ambiance was rather dark, and the menu offered far fewer choices than what we had seen online. I searched for the best option but was disappointed. The guacamole was subpar, seemingly just a mix with some avocado pieces tossed in. On a positive note, our salads were simple yet quite good, and our waitress was enthusiastic and positive. Overall, it was acceptable, but I believe it's important not to overhype this place—it definitely isn't a hidden gem.
