We visited on Sunday, September 7th, and it was the best Dim Sum we've ever had! Everything was made to order, unlike those other places with carts that go around, where the food loses its freshness after a few rounds. We absolutely love Dim Sum VIP! View all feedback.
What Zoé Verheyen doesn't like about Dim Sum Vip:
I arrived for my reservation only to be told that the restaurant was too crowded and they wouldn't honor it. The staff was completely rude about the situation. Make a reservation at your own risk. View all feedback.
Only one server for the entire restaurant. it took a very long time to place our order and they have actually forgotten the half of the ordered items. with all solid dim-sum options close to, will not return to this facility.
We have made a reservation on open table and they claimed they had no reservations and had no tables available. the personal was rude and unwilling to teach. very few guests had eat at the table. reservations here not make
I was on my reservation, but when I was there, I was told that the restaurant is too full and they did not honor reservations and they were totally rude about it. reserve on its own risk.
I love Chinese food. I love Dim Sum. Dim Sum VIP was perfect. A small (really small) neighborhood gem. Heart of Chinatown. Lovely people who work there. And many Asians eat there so it’s got to be good.
Meh decor. Food is alright. There was only one server for the whole place and he was pushy with orders
