The food is delicious, but I've noticed a decline in both quality and portion sizes. The vegetables were overcooked, and although they still provide six slices of chicken, the thickness has been reduced by about 50%. The restaurant hasn't improved since last year. I noted during pickup that I wanted to avoid burnt vegetables, but it seems either they don't read the notes or all their sweet potatoes are burnt and unappetizing—I'm not sure which is worse! The cauliflower was bland and looked like it was prepared using the leftovers from a previous batch. The sweet potatoes were also tasteless, and I noticed that some were cooked in canola oil instead of olive oil. If someone is choosing this dish for health reasons, that should definitely be a consideration. Finally, the mac and cheese tasted old and was filled with broth crumbs, giving it a muddy texture. Both the pesto and vinaigrette sauces were extremely sour—thankfully, they were served on the side!
