Dave Buster's New York City (times Square)

I didn't have to wait to be seated. Our server, Joseph, was outstanding—prompt, friendly, and professional. What surprised me the most was the food. I anticipated it would be average, considering the restaurant caters mostly to kids, but I was pleasantly surprised by how excellent it was!

Very responsive and quick for the before Broadway theater show. Went in at 5:15 and was done with food drinks at 6:00pm . Able to play some games afterwards before the show.

Went here with my wife and 4 kids we had a great meal and experience loads of food and big portion sizes definitely value for money. Our server was also great. There is a good games arcade in there as well that allows you to sit down and have a drink at the bar while the kids play.

Great service at this location! It can get a little busy during the holidays. But overall we got seated immediately even after being twenty minutes late for our reservation. We will be back to Eat,Drink and Play!!

The service felt hurried. We were left without utensils for about 10 minutes before we could dig into our food. We also didn't receive any offers for drink refills until we had finished our meal, which made it feel a bit pointless.
