We arrived and the host argued with a customer about how he had booked on open table, but the restaurant was booked over. the host told us that he did not list our reservation and used a print from the reservations instead of a live app. there were several annoyed parties waiting for us to experience the same problems, so we stopped going somewhere else.

Just had a great time. Food was great and reasonably priced. Waiter was great, GM was fantastic. It was an overall great experience, food, atmosphere and I’ll be going back next time I’m in New York.

This restaurant does not honor reservations and the host lies straight to your face that the ‘overbooking’ is Open Tables fault. We had 5:45 reservations and left at 7PM without being seated so we would not miss our theater start time. If you like being lied to and going hungry, this is your place. Otherwise, don’t go there.

Finally was able to return to one of our favorite restaurants in NYC. Their food and service are excellent.

Food quality was disappointing and did not seem authentic.
