Contribute FeedbackDespite mixed reviews, the restaurant overall left a lot to be desired. Long waits, cold food, and disappointing service seemed to be common themes. However, some diners did have positive experiences, especially when it came to personalized service and accommodating dietary restrictions. The location inside a hotel seemed to confuse many patrons, causing some stress and confusion. While some dishes were hit or miss, the restaurant's potential is evident and could benefit from better organization and communication. Overall, the restaurant's charm shines through amidst the chaos, making it a decent option for those willing to navigate its shortcomings.
The breakfast buffet at this restaurant is fantastic! The food is delicious!
Surprisingly good for a hotel restaurant. Recommend pre or post broadway show.
I decided to go with the Matinee buffet that is only served on Saturday. There was a nice variety of food that included salads, soup, beef, chicken and salmon which was a little dry. The desserts were yummy and quite a variety. Overall the ambiance and service was very good.
The setting is nice, but there is nothing special about the food which is priced extremely high. Equal eating just outside the doors at more reasonable prices.
Good. Had a broadway show to attend so they tried to get us our food quickly.
