I ate there today. Excellent food, breakfast all day, adorable staff! We ordered some guacamole as a starter. My friend, who goes to this restaurant often, had the pancakes and I had the cuban Benedict. I will be back to work my way through the menu. View all feedback.
What John J doesn't like about Coppelia:
Really poor food. The empanada was fried in old oil and tasted rancid; threw it away after one bite. The side of beans was watery, more like soup, and the small cap was ONLY HALF FULL too little for $6. The spinach had no seasoning, zero flavor. The rice was overcooked and too soft. One of my favorite spots in NYC. Everything my wife and I come we order the same thing, the huevo rancheros and churrasco and it never fails this place is awesome!
The food here was so good!! Would come again, but the service was kinda lacking.

Late night eats. This is the place to stop at…. Cuban sandwich for sure. Ox tail can’t go wrong.
