Chipotle Mexican Grill - New York

We recently visited a restaurant in Madison on a Sunday night where we were one of the few customers at 9:30 PM. Our group of 14 had to wait 10-15 minutes to place our $98 order. When the food arrived, we were rushed and given a 5-minute warning to finish eating by 10 PM. Despite asking for a few extra minutes due to children and older members in our group, we were told to leave immediately. The manager even threatened to call the police if we didn't leave. We ended up eating most of our food outside as we waited. It was a humiliating and upsetting experience. The manager even refused to reprint a lost receipt and demanded we leave. I strongly advise against dining at this Chipotle location.

This special chipotle is very clean and the service is great? that eating is always fresh and tasty all the time?

The service was excellent and they even provided a complimentary appetizer. I highly recommend this restaurant for both lunch and dinner. Thank you!

Best chipotle at all! good portion size and fresh. even one we have not talked about bruno serenade.

The sofritas dish at this restaurant was fantastic, the portion size was very generous, and all the side accompaniments (rice, beans, salsa, peppers, onions, and hot sauce) took me to Chipotle Heaven.
