Chick-fil-a - New York

I got sick a few hours after eating the chicken sandwich at this restaurant, which is unusual for me as I rarely vomit. This was the first time I had thrown up in over six years. The employees at the register were too busy gossiping and badmouthing customers and coworkers within a 10-foot radius to be polite and friendly. The dine-in area was closed, and there was no outdoor seating available. I assume this was due to COVID-19, but why not just require proof of vaccination instead?

The food was excellent and the customer service was top-notch. Joshua was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

The fries were not hot, but still delicious. The restaurant was very busy, so I didn't bother asking for a new batch. The atmosphere was pleasant when I visited on Thanksgiving afternoon around 3pm. I sat at the semi-standing benches towards the back and felt comfortable surrounded by a diverse group of people. The service was friendly and fast. The upstairs seating area was full, as they were very busy and doing a lot of business. Overall, a positive experience despite the lukewarm fries.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. The service was incredible and the staff were very friendly. The experience at this location alone has convinced me to return, as well as visit other Chick-fil-A locations.

I ordered my food on the app and it was brought directly to my table. A helpful tip is to add bacon and cheese sauce, with a side of Polynesian sauce.
