We had a wonderful experience at Canaan Sushi last night. Being located just a minute's walk away from DoubleTree by Hilton hotel was incredibly convenient for our two families. The restaurant might be compact, but it's clean, and the staff were exceptionally nice and friendly.The food was a true delight everything we ordered was delicious, and the fresh vegetables and delightful sauces added that extra touch. The kids were particularly thrilled with their sushi and noodles selections. The happy hour offers for beers and fried chicken balls were a great addition, making our dinner not only enjoyable but also affordable, especially after a day of walking and sightseeing around Manhattan in New York.If we ever stay at the same hotel again, we'll definitely return to Canaan Sushi for another amazing dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a delightful and nearby restaurant option!

Loved everything about this! Great sushi, saki, gyoza, and chef rolls! The sushi appetizer is outstanding as well. Highly recommended.
Food was not that great. We ordered chicken teriyaki lunch box and the chicken tasted really bad.
Best sushi around! Very high quality food and lovely customer service. Happy to be a regular here, would recommend to anyone!
