A favorite of mine when in Manhattan. Family run for nearly 50 years. I've gotten know David, who runs it now, and his enjoyment of tripe. He got me intrigued. So the last time I visited David had the chef fix me a small tasting! I enjoyed it! My favorite dishes are the grilled Sardines the black beans. View all feedback.

First off I'm a Spaniard, this is not Spanish food. I been going to cafe Riazor for more than 20 years I send Christmas and New Years there with my family it is the best place to spend special days because the restaurant is a family place u love the food the appetizers such the camarones al ajillo chicken empanadas and the pulpo a la galleta are the best. Main dish I love the chicken Riazor the sauce is amazing the house paella is delicious best paella ever in New York City and the mariscada Riazor everything is good because is fresh food not pre cooked. They have different desserts but my favorite is the flan and the chocolate mouse cake. Service is always good and the prices are affordable for any family who wants to spend time in the best Spanish restaurant in New York City u will always recommended to anyone who wants to try their food !!!!

Been going there for 32 years!! Yes that's right. Octopus paella French fries pork chops and yes best garlic shrimps. Time stood still. But the food always great. Same lovely waitress too.
