Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant in question received mixed reviews, with some customers expressing dissatisfaction over their reservation not being honored, leading to an extended wait time without even an apology offered. However, other diners praised the restaurant for its friendly staff, outdoor seating, delicious food, and accommodating service. While some highlighted the excellent service and enjoyable dining experience, others were disappointed by rude staff members and the lack of acknowledgment for reservation mishaps. Overall, the restaurant seems to offer a range of experiences, from excellent to poor, making it a hit or miss destination for patrons seeking good food and service in the East Village.
Great food I come here quite often the breakfast crepes are so good and so are the dinners I usually have the grilled tuna sandwich and salad the staff is so nice and very good service I have become a regular now.
Lovely place, great staff, and the coffee and food was wonderful!

Great food and service...great. I and my family are always treated like welcome guest by Jesse, Kat, Selina, Harol, and the team at Cafe Mocha. I recommend it to all my friends in the Manhattan area on the lower east side to check out. The owner Jesse is very invested in the neighborhood and wants to provide a place where all are welcome to come and eat and be happy. I am very glad I found Cafe Mocha
Excellent service, fabulous food. Went before a show, and didn't regret anything. Ordered Mac and cheese and Alfredo. Highly recommended.
