The outdoor ambience was so loud and horrible because the street work and construction. If I am paying $20 for a small tapa, I don’t want to feel I’m eating street food. I requested to sit inside but they can only put us in the bar. Also the food was cold except the shrimp. The albóndigas (meatballs) were dry cold and not much taste. We loved Boqueria. The food and service were top-notch. It was a bit loud in the restaurant but that was the only criticism we have. I look forward to going again when I am next in NYC.

We were guests in the hotel and ate a few meals at this restaurant. The food was outstanding, very flavourful and it was served promptly. Our servers were so helpful and considerate. Special shout out to Leo, he was such a sweetheart.
Great lunch with the hubby. Flavors on point. Spanish cuisine at its best. Recommend the Garlic shrimp, pulpo a la plancha, pollo asado, pimientos padrón y tortilla. We enjoyed, of course, the Estrella Galicia and the Apple Ginger Beer too. Gluten free friendly. Looking forward to try the Cod and the paella next time.
