Cool vibe, music, people, servers and best of all, incredible seafood boils! Ordered two pounds of crawfish and one pound of shrimp... all was amazing. Such a fun, messy and delicious experience. View all feedback.
What Jackie L doesn't like about Boil:
The primary seafood boiled in the bags was decent but the crawfish didnt taste too fresh. The king crab legs were the highlight. Easy miss execution on simple items like garlic bread which was soggy and fries which werent crispy. For a place open 10+ years they should really start taking credit cards View all feedback.
In LES is where this crustacean restaurant is located. Walking in, it’s not the ideal place to get seafood esthetically but the experience is one to remember! You will wear gloves, bibs seafood breaking tools to eat. It’s all worth it because of the food. The crawfish was seasoned in garlic and butter and it So juicy ! The crawfish shrimp had a zesty Cajun blend and were with potatoes and corn !! The sliders are huge with a heavy batter covering the catfish and cooked to perfection. The prices ranges anywhere from $10 25 a plate. The boil is definitely a night place for group dinners, fun dates!<br/ —<br/ Quality/taste 4/5<br/ Atomsphere 3/5<br/ Price 4/5<br/ Quantity 5/5<br/ Cleanliness 5/5<br/ —
If you're craving for lobsters or big Alaskan crab legs, don't think any further. The Boil is the place to go to in downtown Manhattan. Seafood dipped in melted butter or with Cajun spices is mouth-watering. Even the fries are delicious. You have to come earlier than planned since there's always a line outside and they don't take reservations.

Usually dining experiences like these are more of a novelty than anything. There’s something truly satisfying eating with your hands and not caring about the mess afterwards.<br <br The Boil proves to be more than that though, with quality seafood and a great house sauce! The clams were the biggest that I had ever seen and the king crab lobster were excellent.<br <br Truly something to try for any seafood enthusiast!
I rushed here thinking they would be closed at midnight but they stayed past their opening hours. We ordered the soft shell crab which I felt was quite reasonably priced and an order of their king crab with all their seasoning mix put together. I loved it! Especially because it was super super ridiculously garlicky. Your breath will be a complete write off, if that is an issue then steer clear of their garlic dressing.
