Big City Burger - New York

My experience was that I ordered at midnight and waited until 1:10 clock; because nothing happened, I decided to call. the first time, hanged on me while I spoke. second time in a argument, since the person who answered the phone did not believe that I did not receive my order. said often, I should check with everyone in the house because someone received it: there was no one except me awake. He insisted that it was delivered and that it is. He offered no solution, offered no refund. was just rude. grubhub has refunded me.

So I do not know where these people ordered from because this place does not exist at this location. Unless it is being run out of someone’s apartment in the building next door.

What kind of restaurant doesn't have a telephone number? I had a question to ask that would've taken maybe 10 seconds of your time. What's the matter you can't afford a bill or something? I have never in my life come across a restaurant with no telephone. Absolutely ridiculous

I have to admit, Big City Burger was certainly awesome. The atmosphere, the service, the menu. Everything I've tried thus far is extremely good. Amazing. Terrific service and staff. Can not wait to go back to Big City Burger.

Ordered take out from here based on the ONE really good review before me and can say I was not disappointed in the leap of faith. Especially for ordering a burger for delivery... Even so, I felt compelled to write a review because not only was it, as predicted, early, but it was hot and goddamnit--actually medium rare. The waffle fries weren't crisp but that's the fault of the container because I could tell, even in their slight steam, that these fries were CRISP. Nothing a toss in the over could fix. Never disappointed with this place. A repeat order every time for sure.
