Contribute FeedbackDespite some mixed reviews, Altesi in SoHo seems to be a hidden gem worth visiting. Some diners experienced issues with service and food quality, while others raved about the creative dishes and attentive staff. The restaurant offers a range of options, including gluten-free choices, making it a versatile choice for various dietary needs. The ambiance is described as stylish and welcoming, making it a great spot for a unique dining experience in the city. Overall, while there may be some inconsistencies, Altesi appears to be a restaurant worth checking out for yourself.
Great service!! We sat out side because it was such a nice day, but it was little hot. We were sitting against the back by the window outside and the waiter decided to open the window so we can enjoy the little breeze from the cool air from inside. Really went extra to take care of us and we even had kids with us......
Food was on point, service excellent, atmosphere unmatched
One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Excellent service, absolutely delicious food with great menu options and VERY reasonable cost (considering what I have paid in the past for a meal for 5 in Manhattan for this middle class family man). I could not thank our Waiter or the Maitre D' enough, who both graciously passed our praise onto the Manager and Chef. My family and I have walked in off the street into restaurants, cafes, bistros and the like for years during our forays into The City from Long Island and this is the FIRST place for which we would gladly go out of our way to visit again.
Love this restaurant. Food and service is top rate. I live on the island so I don't get there as much as I would like. I recommend it highly.
Absolutely loved it! We had lunch while shopping in the city for the day. Found reviews online which convinced us to try, and did not disappoint! We had salads, pizzas and chicken parm (12 of us were there). Delicious! Will definitely be back next time we are in the city.
